Grades and Transcripts
All grades for professional development credits are recorded on official transcripts at the University of North Dakota as continuing education credits. UND has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Internet.
There is a $5.00 charge per transcript. Your credit card will be charged when UND sends your transcript(s).
IMPORTANT! Please wait at least 2 weeks after your course end date to request transcript(s). If you place your order too early, your grade may not be recorded on your transcript.
2 Options to Order Your Transcripts:
ORDER ONLINE
- Make sure you have:
- a valid major credit card
- an e-mail account
- your signed consent (your signature needs to be faxed, scanned and e-mailed, or mailed in to complete your online order).
- Click on Online Transcript Ordering
- Complete the information as requested. For the Enrollment/Degree Information section, note the following:
- Unless you are a current degree-seeking student, you should indicate that you are not currently enrolled at UND.
- For all professional development credits, please select Workshops.
- The dates you enter for Begin Year and End Year are for your complete transcript history. You should enter the first year you completed a course or workshop from UND.
