If so, UND Professional Development for Educators invites you to teach a professional development workshop or online course for K-12 teachers, administrators or school counselors.
Teaching for UND Professional Development for Educators
As an instructor for UND Professional Development for Educators, you will be part of a team that provides innovative teaching and learning opportunities for 21st century educators.
As an instructor, you will receive:
- instructional design support
- logistical assistance
- online registration services
- opportunity for additional income
Qualifications
You may hold your workshop anywhere across the United States or teach a course online. To qualify for professional development credit through the University of North Dakota, it must be a minimum of 15 instructional hours in length.
As an instructor, you should:
- have subject matter expertise in a specific field
- possess knowledge and experience in effective new teaching strategies and classroom management techniques
- want to develop workshops or online courses using new technology and teaching tools
- hold a master’s degree or higher
Payment
If you teach a workshop for UND, a portion of the registration fees will help cover your time and expenses. Specific details are negotiated with UND Professional Development for Educators.
